Shipping & Returns
All prints are sold unframed and shipped in a tube. If items do not arrive within 30 days please contact us in case delivery has been delayed. Please take into account that delays may happen due to the pandemic. Items may also take longer than expected at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Please make sure you order in plenty of time. Customers are responsible for paying any international duties or customs fees.
PLEASE NOTE: All jewelry is handmade to order and will be shipped within 5 working days of your order. Artwork is printed to order by a third party and will be shipped within 7 working days of your order. If you have ordered both jewelry and artwork, your items will be shipped together within 7 working days.
Canada & USA
All jewellery, acrylic products, limited edition artwork and open edition prints are sent from Montreal.
All deliveries are made through a courier service. Proof of delivery is standard with this service and items can be tracked online. An express courier service is available for products needed urgently. Please get in touch regarding shipping options prior to purchasing.
Standard delivery is via DHL or FedEx courier from Montreal to anywhere in the world. Please note that customers are responsible for paying any international duties or customs fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send an email at email@example.com with photos. Returns or exchanges must be complete within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings are non-returnable, unless faulty or you received the wrong order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot repair Lucite products that shattered. We take no responsibility for Lucite products that have been damaged whilst in the customer's possession. Please handle all products with care. We take great care in packaging our products so they do not get damaged in transit.
